This intensive program provides a methodology for participants to develop performance measures that facilitates a balanced set of KPIs across the organisation. These KPIs cover not just strategic and operational, but also capture innovation, competencies, skills and other attributes of successful businesses. Participants will learn what to measure, how to measure, how to set targets and thresholds, the importance of counter-balancing, how to measure inputs, processes, outputs and results, and how to use KPI dashboards and visual management for better-informed decision making. Leading and lagging measures will also be explained.
