A3 thinking is a basic tool for managing improvement projects at middle and top management level used in Toyota. The aim of the workshop is to present how A3 may become a daily practice and speed up the improvement process carried out by the area supervisors, managers and directors. Numerous examples and exercises will help participants to learn according to the problem solving scheme, required in each part of A3 report, in compliance with PDCA. Participants will find out how to use A3 as a tool for change management, organization management, employee development and knowledge sharing.
